Our client is a healthcare provider based in Australia and in the US who are on a mission to save lives across the world. Our client now has a new opportunity for a sole senior legal counsel to join this ground-breaking company providing commercial legal advice to the business and their stakeholders in both locations. This opportunity will provide direct support to an amazing CFO who is a member on the Executive Team and a true leader in the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is searching for a role that allows them to touch all the main aspects of business while working closely with the CEO, CFO and COO.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Legal Counsel with:

• At least 5+ years PQE in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts;
• Proven experience handling and managing major stakeholders;
• Any experience in the healthcare or medical industry will be well regarded;
